Things we often get asked
What does the £19 include?
Your £19 payment includes your family portrait session, guidance throughout the experience and one professionally finished 8 × 6 gift print valued at £70.
Book before 9pm on Sunday 2 August and you will also receive a digital copy of the image selected for your gift print.
Who can take part?
The experience is designed for immediate families. Please contact us before booking if you would like to include extended family members or a particularly large group.
My children do not sit still. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Children are not expected to sit perfectly or perform for the camera.
We allow them time to settle and use a mixture of gentle guidance, interaction and play to create natural expressions and connections.
Do we need to know how to pose?
No. Most of our clients are not used to being professionally photographed.
We will guide you throughout the session, including where to stand, what to do with your hands and how to interact naturally with each other.
What should we wear?
Once you have booked, we will provide simple clothing guidance to help you prepare.
You do not need to buy matching outfits. Comfortable clothing in complementary colours usually works beautifully. Most importantly, you be you.
When are the appointments available?
This offer is available for a limited number of selected Thursday, Friday and Saturday appointments during August.
Appointments are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I purchase other photographs?
Yes. You will have the opportunity to view the photographs created during your session.
Additional prints, wall art and portrait collections will be available separately, but you can still leave with only the items included in the offer.
When will I receive my print?
Your gift print will be professionally prepared after you have selected your image. It will be ready to collect within approximately 2 weeks from your ordering appointment.
What happens if I need to rearrange?
This offer runs for August only, we will always try to reschedule your appointment wherever we can, Saturdays being the busiest days may not be available.
